I have four different Sega CD ISOs, and with each one, the same thing happens: 1)I load the Picodrive core, 2)I load the ISO for the game, 3)Retroarch immediately crashes. To change the disc through RetroArch, from the 'Quick Menu', enter 'Disk Control', use the 'Disk Cycle Tray Status' to open the virtual disk tray, change the disk number to the correct one, then use the 'Disk Cycle Tray Status' to close the virtual disk tray. If you installed RetroArch in, say, your Documents folder, go to Documents > RetroArch > Downloads to find your game CD's ISO file. for a xbox controller to work in place of a sega genesis controller. ![]() This is why in step 1 I noted to install RetroArch in an easy-to-find location. I am working on a retropie gaming system and just hit a road block. So the next step is locating the Downloads folder. I can’t get Sega CD ISOs to run on Retroarch. RetroArch dumps the ISO of your game CD in its Downloads folder. (I wrote this under Android because it’s where I first experienced the problem, but I’ve had it with the Windows version, too.)
